Refund & Warranty Policy

The following situations are eligible for refund or re-delivery.

    1. We sent the wrong goods.

    2. The package is lost (logistics information is not updated for more than 15 days,                which is considered lost)

    3. The signed package is damaged within 3 days.

The following situations are not eligible for refund or re-delivery.

    1. The customer does not like it.

    2. After the goods are shipped, request to cancel the order

    3. The goods arrive at the recipient's place, the recipient cannot be contacted, or the            address is wrong, resulting in delivery failure

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Email info@axiroglobal.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the issue. We will provide return instructions.
